Mô Tả Công Viêc

1.              Structuring the organization chart for PDD

2.              Setting up the working processes for PDD, managing the list of investment projects.

3.              Checking the inspection plan. Forecasting, analysing the situation of every investment project, reporting the assessment of investment partners.

4.              Checking and reporting the researches about pre-potential projects and potential projects as well as implementation plan for project development. 

5.              Establising and maintaining the relationship with investors, partners to negotiate for project investment.

6.              Searching, analyzing, evaluating the project investment's opportunities.

7.              Building and pushing the investment plans and project record.

8.              Being responsible for researching & developping the assigned projects (cooperate with consultants and partners).

9.              Coordinating with investment department, finance department to build up and negotiate the investment plan/ investment structure as well as the financial plan with local authority and partners.

10.          Involving in bank loan’s planning, negotiation, implementation.

11.          Cooperating with functional departments to research and survey the real estate market. Exploring and developing the real estate projects, many kinds of real estate investment, analyzing market need to drive for projet development.

12.          Cooperating with other departments to complete the project assessment report to submit to the Board of Director.

13.          Proposing the effective methods to improve and develop the job’s productivity.

14.          Assigning job for the subbordinates of management board to achieve department’s target.

15.          Assigning the subbordinates to carry out the work in line with the progress of project.

16.          Inspiring and supporting actively for the development skills of the subbordinates.

17.          Ensuring and enhancing the company policies adherence.

18.          Reporting the progress of the project and the project outstanding issues or other problems which are needed the support from the Board of Director. Doing the monthly report as the requirement form of the Board of Director.

Performing other duties as required by the Board of Directors.

  • Knowledge / Education

Graduate Univerity, major in economy or economy contruction.

  • Major

Well knowledge about real estate investment projects.

Well knowledge about real estate business laws.

Experience in similar position in real eastate industry or investment projects evaluating industry.

  • Experience

05 - 08 years.

Expierience in investment and development with the real estate projects.

Ability to research, analyze, negotiation and speculation.

Mindset of cost management.

Analyzing, consolidation skills.

Management skill.
